Pasta, red fish and vegetables

You will have to spend a little more time on this dish – you will need to cook pasta – but it may well become a full-fledged dinner. For a salad, a short cooked al dente pasta is suitable – “spirals” (fusilli), “feathers” (penne) or “butterflies” (farfalle). The rest of the ingredients can be taken from home or even purchased from the store during the day to mix in a bowl or directly in a plastic container.

A delicious and healthy protein component that is often overlooked is canned fish. Choose salmon or pink salmon in your own juice – you can easily add a whole jar to pasta for lunch.
