Do not rush to study at the same time as you received the assignment or exam tickets. Prepare your body. Common truths. But almost no one follows these recommendations, not realizing the importance of preparing their body for classes during the examination session. But it is precisely his lack of readiness that is the main reason for the impossibility of remembering the simplest formulas, rules, terms. It seems to you that you are doing everything right, but there is no result. The body simply refuses to learn. It is in your best interest to treat it with care.
Be sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep, or as much as you need. Sleep will not take your time, therefore, you will be able to master about 50% more material when you are cheerful than when you are tired and overwhelmed.
Having trouble falling asleep thinking about the exam and potential dropout after getting a negative grade? Take a walk, have some warm tea with honey and try to take the burden off yourself – this is just a session that you will definitely not pass if you stay awake.

Do you need a tutor?
