Others run a movie marathon and watch motivating or relaxing films.

Another activity that relaxes and calms him down is washing dishes. “Most people hate cleaning and washing dishes, and I like doing it,” says the entrepreneur.

Roy Cowan, author of The Professional Guide to Survival on Wall Street, advises spending the weekend traveling. It is clear that two days will not be enough to travel half the world, but you can go on a short trip.
