  • Potatoes – 750 g

  • Flour – 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • Bow – 1 head
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Dried garlic – 1 tsp
  • Spices (hops-suneli, paprika)
  • Salt pepper

Cooking method:

1 We are engaged in minced meat. We twisted the meat together with onions in a meat grinder. But if you have a ready-made product, then you can either chop the onion finely or grate it on a fine grater.

Add dried garlic to the meat, half a teaspoon of aromatic hops-suneli spices, the same amount of paprika and salt and pepper. After that we mix everything thoroughly so that the flavoring additives disperse. And while we set aside.

2 Now we are engaged in tubers, we rub them on the side of the grater, which has sharp teeth. Pour a little salt into the finished puree so that the root crop gives even more moisture and we can safely drain it. Therefore, we set the container aside and wait literally a few minutes.

It is also advisable to sprinkle the puree with a few drops of lemon juice in order to prevent it from darkening.

3 After a while, drain the juice from the puree. To do this, we transfer the mass to a sieve and wait 5-10 minutes until the main moisture merges.

4 Transfer the base to a bowl and add the egg to it first, and then the flour. Only we do everything gradually. As a result, you should not get a very liquid dough.

We also immediately put a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove, let it warm up.

5 We begin to fry. Put a tablespoon of false dough into a frying pan, forming a small thin cake out of it. Put about 1 tsp on top. minced meat, kneading it in hand in advance, making the circle smaller in diameter than the dough.

6 Now all that remains is to close the puree meat. To do this, again, we collect it in a spoon and pour it over the minced meat. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the pancakes on one side until golden brown over medium heat.

  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – half a head;
  • flour;
  • soda – a pinch;
  • salt, spices;
