How is the hair extension procedure
I start to build hair somewhere from the level of the temple and retreat from the hairline near the face by about 2-4 cm (depending on the thickness of the hair on the temples of the client). It is not recommended to do this higher and closer, so that the capsules are covered with a sufficient amount of hair, that is, they are closed from prying eyes.
After separating the hair above the temple (crown zone) and stabbing it with a crab, the master proceeds to hair extensions. Alternately separating thin strands with a diameter of 3-5 mm, using a separating disc, at a distance of 0.5-0.7 cm from the hair roots, the master will attach extension hair to your hair. Having grown one row of strands, the master will move on to the next row and so on almost to the edge of the hairline at the back of the head. How close the last row of hair extensions will be to the hairline at the back of the head depends on the density of the client's hair in that part of the head and whether the client will pull the hair into a ponytail. Usually the master makes the last row at a distance of 2-4 cm from the hairline at the back of the head.
If the extension takes place according to hot Italian technology, then the master attaches a strand of hair to the client's hair, sealed from the upper end with a special fixing substance – keratin. Attachment occurs with the help of a device in the form of forceps. A strand with keratin is superimposed on the separated strand of the client, and the master, using the tips of the apparatus, which are heated to a temperature of 180-200 degrees, melts the keratin into strands and manually or using tongs to form flat capsules forms a capsule that securely fastens the extension strand to the client's hair.
With hair extensions using cold Spanish technology, a strand of hair, cut from stress or taken from a hair bundle, is attached to the client's strand with the help of glue and a fixative. The master applies the extension strand to the client's strand and drops a drop of glue on the junction, then drops a drop of fixative and manually forms a capsule with a little twisting motion using a piece of film.
The removal of both technologies takes place with the help of a special liquid (each technology has its own) and forceps for removal.
Cold hair extensions using Ring Star microrings are carried out as follows: the mater, using a special hook, threads the hair extensions and the client's hair through the microring, and compresses the ring with tongs, while pressing the ring strongly enough and at the same time not too hard, so as not to injure the client’s hair.
