Windows Backup is the starting point for all other backups and contains all the data in the selected folders and files. If you’ve backed up Windows, you can recover deleted files easily. If not, you can move on to the next method.

To recover deleted files from a backup, follow these steps.

Click on the start menu on your computer.

Select Panel > System and Maintenance > Backup and Restore > Restore My Files

in Windows Backup Restore, browse the contents of the backup and locate the files you intend to restore. There are 3 options for finding the files you need: Search, Browse Files, and Browse Folders.

If you’re using Time Machine to back up your Mac, you can restore individual files or restore your entire hard drive from the most recent backup.

Restart your Mac.

When the boot disk wakes up, press and hold the command and R keys at the same time. Your Mac will boot into macOS Utilities. If not, try again.

Select Restore from Time Machine Backup from the list of available options.

Click Continue.

Click Continue again on Recover your system page.

Select Time Backup and click Continue.

Select the most recent backup of your Mac ‘s hard drive and click Continue.

Your Mac will restore the Time Machine backup and then restart after the process completes.

Is it always possible to recover deleted files on a computer?

Android BackUp Service

Android BackUp Service is a built-in Android feature. It serves to store data about the used Wi-Fi networks, gadget settings and other parameters of the Google account. It also copies information about third-party applications installed on the phone.
