How the points were calculated:

The maximum university could get 50 points for the quality of education:

• 25 points – the quality of teaching (10 points – the salary of teachers, 10 points – the ratio of teachers and students, 5 points – the presence of foreign teachers).
• 15 points – international activity (5 points – the share of foreign students, 5 points – the presence of foreign internships, 5 points – the presence of double degree programs).
• 10 points – the level of the Unified State Exam of students accepted for training.

The university could receive 30 points for the quality of graduates:

• 10 points for more graduates hired in 2019-2020;
• 10 points for salary or position increases for recent (up to 5 years old) university graduates during 2019-2020;
• 10 points for the willingness of employers to recruit university graduates on a priority basis.

A university could have received 20 points for the Forbes Factor:

• 10 points for the presence of universities in leading foreign rankings – QS World University Rankings and Times Higher Education;

Harvard University
