One for all: how to do makeup with one tool

Monochrome makeup can be successfully performed with any texture, but it is most convenient to work with powder ones. It would seem that the creamy consistency is more advantageous – it blends well, but not all such textures hold well during the day, so some of them need to be fixed with powder.

What color to work

It is best to choose beige, pink or brown shades. Beige will allow you to remain natural and at the same time elegant, pink will give tenderness and romance to the image, brown will give a soft shade of tan. Keep in mind that rich pinks and reds should be handled with care, as the face can turn out to be tear-stained.

How to do monomakeup

Matt lipstick. This is the most convenient tool for monochrome makeup. In addition, its texture allows you not to fix it with powder. Lipstick should work quickly so that it does not have time to harden on the skin and does not leave stains. How to color: Apply to lips in a dense layer or blend for the effect of "kissed" lips. Put a few dots on the top of the cheekbones and quickly blend to the temples. Apply to lower and upper eyelids with feathering if desired. With a thin makeup brush, you can draw graphic arrows if the lipstick does not cause discomfort in this area. Blush. You can choose cream, baked or stick. After shading, it is better to fix the makeup with transparent powder. And before applying to the lips, use a transparent balm so that the skin does not dry out.How to color:  Apply blush to the bridge of the nose, mobile eyelids, cheekbones and lips. The creamy texture can be applied and blended with fingertips or a synthetic bristle brush. For baked blush, use a natural bristle brush. Eyeshadow. Best suited matte or with a small shimmer. Before applying to the lips, you should, as in the case of blush, use a balm. How to paint: Apply in a thick layer to the inner and outer corners of the eyelids. If you want to focus on the eyes, use additional mascara. You can also use two close shades to work out the face using the draping technique and make it more sophisticated (dark color along the cheekbones, light color on the protruding parts). Gently dab some color onto your cheeks and lips with a brush. Eyeliner or Lipliner:  If you are using eyeliner, lip balm first. If you plan to apply lip pencil on your eyelids, then first apply concealer so that the pencil does not roll and lasts longer. How to paint:Draw arrows on the eyelids or create a haze by shading the pencil on the lower and upper eyelids. Make up the lips in the same way: blend the line from the contour to the center of the lips to make the color natural.
