But there are various techniques, including those that are very different from the usual classical approach.

Buccal (from French buccal – buccal) massage does not imply an impact on the outer surface of the face, but on some of its zones from the inside – from the side of the oral cavity. This unusual technique was invented by the French cosmetologist and biochemist Joel Siocco, who claims that in this way it is possible to maintain clear facial contours and well-groomed skin without resorting to aesthetic medicine procedures. The specialist, wearing sterile gloves, conducts a deep study of the facial muscles through the mouth. The buccal, chewing, zygomatic muscles, as well as the circular muscles of the mouth, lower lip and the so-called laughter muscles are affected. This procedure allows you to actively warm up the tissues, improve blood circulation, remove existing clamps, eliminate congestion, restore tone not only to the skin, but also to the muscles, and also affect the ligaments. As a result, the appearance of nasolabial folds, marionette wrinkles and other age-related changes can be prevented. In turn, sculptural massage is a technique for actively working out muscles in the classical way – from the outside – by kneading, tapping and other special movements. The combination of buccal and sculptural massage is an effective way to maintain youthful skin and facial contours for a long time. A session of sculptural-buccal massage necessarily includes the study of the neck-collar zone. It should be noted that it is in this zone that, due to the nuances of modern life (physical inactivity, sedentary work, head tilt to gadgets, poor posture), as a rule, many problems accumulate: muscle clamps, insufficient blood circulation and lymph flow. High-quality massage of the cervical-collar zone allows you to make the whole procedure even more effective,

results

A clear oval of the face;

Thick, elastic skin;

Elimination of edema;

Strengthening the muscles of the face;

Reduction of the second chin;

Reducing the severity of wrinkles and folds;

Improvement in complexion.

Langer lines: what they are, where they are located and how they will lead to young, healthy skin The course of sculptural-buccal massage includes an average of 5-10 procedures and is carried out once or twice a week.

Support effect

In order to maintain the results of the course of sculptural-buccal massage, one should adhere to special recommendations and not do anything that will nullify all efforts. For example: do not sleep with your face in the pillow, do not use harsh cleansers and do not stretch the skin when removing makeup, protect your face from ultraviolet radiation, maintain optimal water balance, apply cosmetics according to your skin type and apply it along the massage lines.

Post source: salon.kr.ua

Facial massage is a popular and loved by many technique that allows you to maintain skin tone and elasticity, and facial contours are clear and toned.
