It is far from always possible to allocate time for a trip to the salon immediately after a “manicure accident”. Fortunately, there are several beauty hacks that will help fix everything at home.<\/h3>\n

Many of us at least once in our lives have encountered an unpleasant situation when, just a couple of days after visiting a nail salon, you accidentally break a nail. This can be provoked by the most common everyday situation – up to the banal washing of dishes. At the same time, there is no need to drop everything and run to the master. You can easily deal with this problem on your own. So, one of the easiest alternative methods is the tea bag method.<\/strong>. You will need nail glue (in fact, you can even use ordinary glue, but only as an exception! The nail will definitely not deteriorate from once), a base or a regular clear varnish. First, cut the nail as short as possible, trim the edge with a nail file and sand the surface of the plate. Then cut off a piece of the tea bag so that it completely covers the nail plate. After that, apply varnish or base on the nail and press the tea bag to the plate. For additional protection, you can apply another layer of clear varnish. When the nail is dry, paint it in a shade that matches your manicure. Another way to repair a damaged nail is to use natural silk fabric\u00a0 .<\/strong>(linen is also suitable). First, remove all varnish from the damaged nail and degrease the surface of the plate with a cleanser (an antibacterial hand gel is also suitable). Cut a piece of fabric to the desired size, cover the damaged area with varnish, and then gently apply the silk to the nail with tweezers. When the varnish dries, cover the plate with another layer of the product.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For the next method, you will need loose powder<\/strong> (acrylic powder, which is specially designed for nails, is best, of course) and glue. Apply the adhesive to the cracked nail, and then dip your finger into the powder until the glue is completely dry. Wipe off excess powder. If you are one of those lucky ones who will have to visit a nail salon in the coming days, then you can use ordinary adhesive tape to restore the nail<\/strong>. This method is only suitable for short term use. Cut off a piece of tape to cover the nail plate (and to make it look neat, trim the material with nail scissors along the edges of the nail). Then we cover everything with a transparent varnish. Important: make sure that bubbles or creases do not form during gluing the tape to the nail.<\/p>\n

Trim the affected nail carefully. Apply glue to the break and dip your finger into a container of white acrylic powder. Remove excess with a brush or soft brush and buff the surface of the nail with a buff. We remind you: a remedy that contains acrylates will definitely not work if the skin is damaged and there are signs of an inflammatory process! In this case, it is better to purchase hypoallergenic glue, or still wait until the wound heals.<\/p>\n
