Even if you constantly get manicures in the salon, your nails should receive the necessary home care, including a break from aggressive gel polishes.<\/p>\n<h2>Reinforcing coatings<\/h2>\n<p>Apply nail-strengthening coatings such as those with calcium, seaweed, B vitamins and D-panthenol. They will maintain the health of nails, protect, improve their structure, and therefore give a well-groomed appearance. At the same time, when covering the care product, it is important not to forget to &#8220;seal&quot; the nail with it from the end. This will prevent it from splitting. The care coat should be renewed every 2-3 days. They contain natural oils such as cocoa, shea, sweet almond, sesame and others, and may include various vitamins. There are also special products that soften the cuticle so much that it can simply be adjusted with an orange stick without any problems. The so-called cuticle removers gently and painlessly remove the cuticle and slow down its growth. Additionally, they are enriched with soothing and moisturizing ingredients, such as lotus seed extract, aloe juice and glycerin. Before applying the oil, it is better to make a nail bath. Pour warm water into a container, add a little lemon juice, your favorite essential oils or sea salt to it if desired. Dip your fingertips in there for five to ten minutes. Then pat your hands dry with a towel and apply cuticle oil around each nail. Gently massage each finger for maximum absorption. Remove excess with a tissue.
