In general, it is better not to refuse regular exfoliation and detox.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, massaging the scalp during the application of a peeling or scrub works no worse than a full-fledged massage. This was proved by the Japanese doctor Taro Koyama, who found out that massage increases the thickness of the hair and strengthens the bulbs to prevent hair loss.<\/p>\n<h3>Frequent haircuts<\/h3>\n<p>To make hair grow faster, cut it regularly &#8211; it is not possible to find out the author of this theory, but any other beauty myth will envy its vitality. The calculation is that allegedly frequent trimming of the tips stimulates active hair growth.
