What is the point:<\/strong> this is an anthology, where each episode is not connected with another (you can not watch the entire season, but only selected episodes) and which is devoted to the relationship of a person with artificial intelligence and technology.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The first two seasons were released on another channel, after which Netflix bought the rights to them and to create the following ones. A couple of episodes are definitely worth evaluating: they masterfully destroy hopes for a normal future and make you mentally prepare for a techno-apocalypse. It was for this series that the streaming service released the first-ever interactive film Black Mirror: Bandashmyg. While watching an episode, you can choose what the hero does next. You won't try it with pirates – you have to buy a subscription to Netflix. But it's worth it.<\/p>\n

House of Cards<\/h2>\n

What is the point: The<\/strong> series tells about Frank Underwood, an ambitious politician who is aiming for the presidency. Well, and you, accordingly, are invited to follow all the undercover intrigues of the White House.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Do not be alarmed that the series is about politics, and you do not understand anything about it. In fact, the show is about something else: about human qualities, unscrupulousness, cunning and ambition. Each character will be pleasant and disgusting in its own way – just like in life. We have already written more about the series in our selection of shows about politics, but again we note that Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright in the lead roles are a tandem that is a sin not to see in action.<\/p>\n

The bottom line:<\/strong> High school students try to figure out their own sexuality, stuffing the bumps in practice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It is definitely worth watching for those who still remember their teenage years and the sexual problems of those years. It will be funny! And if you are still under 20, then maybe you will learn something new. The series offers to follow the lives of teenagers who regularly have problems related to relationships and sex. Oh yes, you still need to somehow manage to learn and not quarrel with your parents – a cocktail from which you can draw plots for an endless number of episodes. We have already written about Sex Education in detail. We believe a quality mark!<\/p>\n

The bottom line: The<\/strong> guys at Hawkins School love to play board games and ride bikes. Of course, you can't make a series out of this, so one of the friends simply disappears, and the rest, including his mother and the police, decide to look for him.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

And again teenagers! But they are younger (at least in the first seasons) and their problems are slightly different – mainly associated with various alien creatures, aliens and other mysticism. If you are going to watch, eat all the seasons right away: apart from the main plot, it will be nice to watch how the guys grow up and learn to show feelings for each other. And in the series, there are just a ton of references to King and the cinema of the 80s – for those who are in the subject, it will not be boring.<\/p>\n

Peaky blinders<\/h2>\n

What is the essence: a<\/strong> story about a criminal gang, which is also a family. And very tough.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

So the crime has arrived. You run the risk of doing the same thing that when watching “House of Cards”: to score on your moral principles and fall in love with a bandit who has a dozen or two murders behind his back. The main one is played by the charming Cillian Murphy – we think there are enough arguments.<\/p>\n

Love \/ “Love”<\/h2>\n

What is the point:<\/strong> Los Angeles resident Mickey accidentally meets Gus, who moved here from the Midwest and … At first nothing happens. But they start to have strange relationships.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A love series for those who hate melodramatic snot and all. Or rather, not even exactly about love, but about communication, the ability to coexist and admit one's mistakes. Their heroes of the series do in abundance: while one is struggling with her love and alcohol addiction, the second is trying to jump out of the image of a nerdy nerd. But you better watch the heroes' attempts yourself. In addition to actors Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rast, former stand-up comedian Judd Apatow has a hand in the show, which is (just trust me) very cool. If you like Love – feel free to watch his other projects.<\/p>\n

Easy \/ “As simple as possible”<\/h2>\n

What's the point:<\/strong> You will meet the people of Chicago who are looking for love. Some will succeed, some will not.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Also a series about relationships, but with a slightly different mood. If in “Love” you are attached to two heroes and will laugh quite often, then in “As simple as simple” you will have to remember a couple of dozen heroes at once, and the themes are such that there is no laughing matter. The series will tell about how different people living in the same city are trying to find a soul mate. Someone does not succeed in any way, someone succeeds, but the problems came later, and someone in general has been married for 15 years. In general, a kind of encyclopedia of relations turns out.<\/p>\n

What is the point: a<\/strong> series about the drug mafia, which shows its existence “from the inside”.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Back to crime, this time in Mexico. “Narco” is a terribly cool TV series, which undeservedly did not become very popular, like the same “Peaky Blinders”. Don't get fooled by the mainstream – check out this show about the confrontation between drug dealers and law enforcement. In addition, it is based on real events: the first seasons will tell about Pablo Escobar, the next – about the Cali drug cartel. The series also has a spin-off “Narco: Mexico” – don't miss that too.<\/p>\n

The bottom line:<\/strong> You will meet 18-year-old Sam, who has an autism spectrum disorder.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

We think the show is perfect if you want to deepen your understanding of how people with these disorders live. The main character does not evoke pity or other unpleasant feelings, but makes you more empathic and appreciate your irony. Naturally, the plot is not built only around the inner experiences of the hero, so you are unlikely to get bored of the lack of dynamics. But the main thing, of course, is the problem with finding relationships: Sam does not recognize the hints of girls, despite the fact that they usually do not notice him at all.<\/p>\n

The ghosts of the house on the hill<\/h2>\n

What a series.<\/strong> A classic plot in which two parallel lines – past and present – are intertwined. In the 90s, a large family – parents-restorers and five children – moved to a gloomy old mansion for the summer. Soon, local ghosts begin to bother them, and contacts with them do not end in anything good. Years later, children gather at the funeral of their younger sister, and then the events of twenty years ago, which seemed forgotten, again make themselves felt.<\/p>\n
