How to live interestingly and what can you do?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>What is an interesting life?<\/h2>\n<p>The first question you need to answer yourself. To find answers, I started a simple tradition &#8211; every morning to write 15 minutes in a notebook about my feelings, and before going to bed &#8211; to make a to-do list for the next day. Simple and affordable rituals that do not take a lot of time, but which can make your every day incredibly bright. I'll tell you why.<\/p>\n<p>Running is one of my main entertainments<\/p>\n<p>The goals that are written in big letters in my diary I always break into atomic particles, so that it is easier to work with them every day. From these, I make myself a list of tasks. This practice allows me to focus my attention on the current little steps that move me towards the implementation of a project.<\/p>\n<p>In this &#8220;art of small steps&#8221; lies the most important joke:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Goals are nothing more than a means! The main point of such rituals is self-exploration. &#8220;What do I feel when I work on a task?&#8221;, &#8220;What does it teach me?&#8221;, &#8220;What changes in me during its implementation?&#8221; etc.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Self-exploration inevitably leads to the fact that diamonds suddenly begin to appear from within: understanding oneself, loved ones, others and the Universe. To simplify completely: you begin to experience the Joy of the tasks done every day! It is in her, this joy that the most basic essence of any work on oneself lies.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1158bbabb3b806dfc243d91d39fe6d0f-1.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-bGlnaHRib3g=\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"  title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"SDStudio-light-box-enable SDStudio-editor-tools-md-imp\" src=\"https:\/\/inform.com.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/1158bbabb3b806dfc243d91d39fe6d0f-1.png\" alt=\"The art of just living, or whatever will help you start living your life. How to live interestingly and what can you do?\" ><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>The main meaning<\/h3>\n<p>In my understanding, everything should be saturated with this joy. And even if the goals are not achieved, it is only a tool. Much more important is who you yourself become during such explorations. Therefore, it is not surprising that after a while you suddenly begin to notice that the Great goals set suddenly lose their importance, and the need to move towards them disappears by itself. Although, of course, making money on your own hobby is pleasant and useful.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, a meaningful approach is also important here. For it is very easy to take ordinary laziness and procrastination for de-actualization of the goal. The line between them is thin, but the deep meaning differs radically. And once you overcome the natural barrier of inertia, all further barriers miraculously come to naught.<\/p>\n<p>To this I understand was led by Armen Petrosyan, the head of the project &#8220;Living Interestingly&#8221; (ZhI), with whom I had the honor to cooperate. ZhI heroes are the most ordinary people, the conscious changes in whose lives have become the main ideas for publications. How to live interestingly and what can you do?\" ><\/a><\/p>\n<p>From this a conclusion naturally arose.<\/p>\n<h3>Everyone can live a bright life<\/h3>\n<p>But this, again, is only a stage on the way. For the virus of suddenly acquired freedom, after being fired and completely immersed in freelance, began to demand mass distribution from me. It was then that I took up the paper, understanding and setting tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone is capable of living interestingly and brightly. And none of the external factors: the amount of money, the presence of bosses or geographic location should influence him. For this is YOUR PERSONAL DECISION. And depriving yourself of such stimulants that inspire inspiration EVERY MINUTE, while paying attention to everyday tasks, is a waste of valuable resources.<\/p>\n<p>For the goals set serve us to find the reasons for great joys, right ??? So why not start receiving this joy today, without waiting for the body and soul to begin to malfunction from stress? Depression and sores are internal processes. Why fertilize the soil for them and live in constant tension?<\/p>\n<h2>How to learn to live and not exist?<\/h2>\n<p>Why does a person in today's world exist, and not live a fulfilled, interesting life? Because they are used to living unconsciously, by inertia, like everything or how it will turn out. And nothing will ever change unless concrete action is taken to improve such a deplorable state.<\/p>\n<h3>What is the right way to live in peace with yourself?<\/h3>\n<p>So what can you do to make your life better?<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Find your purpose in life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are not an accident. Your existence has a purpose, and in order to find it, you need to turn to your purpose. Look for it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Set short and long term goals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finishing this book this month is an example of a short-term goal. Starting your own business or keeping your body healthy are long-term goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Schedule goals over time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your goals should be limited in time. This is how willpower and self-discipline are developed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Find good books to better understand yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are many self-help books that can help you change your life for the better.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 Take one step at a time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don't try to do everything at once. After a while, you will be grateful that you can return to these memories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9 Turn your experience into writing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use the lessons you learn from your experiences to inspire others. It all depends on interests. Further, it is worth exploring neighboring countries or buying a hot tour. Photos, souvenirs, goods that are typical for the place of travel will evoke nostalgia, so they should definitely be preserved. You can create a sketch book, stick there tickets from transport, cinema, theater, sugar bag wrappers from places you have been to.<\/p>\n<h3>Interesting master classes.<\/h3>\n<p>Sometimes a person wants to do something for a long time, but having tried it, he realizes that he does not like the occupation. Before you buy a full course, an annual subscription, pay for a month of lessons, you should go to a trial lesson or a master class. Some of them are free, others are not that expensive. Almost every city has an online poster where upcoming events and events are posted. We need to be more bold to try new things.<\/p>\n<h3>Interest clubs.<\/h3>\n<p>In many cities, clubs are created that are engaged in various events. Overcoming fears and doubts, surrounding yourself with pleasant people, you can enjoy every day you live.<\/p>\n<h2>What is hidden behind the phrase &#8220;no strength&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>What do we mean when we say that we &#8220;have no strength&#8221;? Most often, this expression is characterized by the following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>loss of desires and aspirations;<\/li>\n<li>indifference;<\/li>\n<li>loss of interest in what previously interested a person very much;<\/li>\n<li>restriction in communication;<\/li>\n<li>depressed mood;<\/li>\n<li>a sharp decrease or complete loss of appetite;<\/li>\n<li>lack of emotions and feelings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At first, a person performs his daily duties &#8220;automatically&#8221; without much desire and enthusiasm. And then he stops doing anything at all. He absolutely does not care how he looks, what he eats, what he does, what he looks. There is a heavy feeling of hopelessness, a vicious circle. Thoughts appear about the uselessness of their own existence.<\/p>\n<p>It is important not to confuse lack of strength with banal laziness. Laziness disappears quite quickly when a person has sufficient incentive and motivation. At this moment, he has a surge of energy, there is a desire to act. They also say that his eyes lit up.<\/p>\n<p>When there is really no vitality, not a single incentive will force a person to take action. And if he also has a broken system of values \u200b\u200band desires, then motivation, in principle, has nowhere to come from.<\/p>\n<p>Feelings of exhaustion can be temporary and relatively easy. It is enough for a person to rest for a few days so that he regains his energy reserve. But sometimes this condition can become chronic. This is called apathy. And it is quite possible to cope with it on your own, without resorting to the help of a psychotherapist and taking antidepressants. But if apathy lasts longer than 2 weeks, then it already acquires a more severe form of mental disorder &#8211; depression.<\/p>\n<p>Obsessive thoughts are an inevitable companion to apathy and depression. In one of my articles, I already wrote about how to get rid of obsessive thoughts.<\/p>\n<h2>Causes and consequences<\/h2>\n<p>To solve a problem, you first need to determine the reason for which it has arisen. Let's take a look at the main causes of apathy and depression.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Severe stress and problems. When a person is in a state of tension for a long time due to severe stress, overwork and a series of problems, the supply of internal energy and strength is inevitably depleted. Especially if a person ignores the body's needs for rest. It comes to the point that a person does not leave the house for several days. He just lies there, facing the wall.<\/li>\n<li>Health problems. A breakdown can occur due to the onset of a cold, exacerbation of chronic diseases, problems with the cardiovascular system and disturbances in the work of other organs. In this case, the body directs the entire store of accumulated energy to recover and fight the disease. Therefore, there is no longer enough strength for anything else.<\/li>\n<li>Avitaminosis. Lack of B vitamins, folic acid, low hemoglobin (anemia) lead to chronic fatigue. The body does not have enough resources to replenish energy.<\/li>\n<li>Heavy physical activity. Under excessive loads, the human body works to the limit of its capabilities, using internal reserves. If you don't get enough rest, then in addition to lack of strength, more serious health problems may begin.<\/li>\n<li>Emotional burnout. It is characteristic mainly of people whose work is related to communication (doctors, teachers, sales managers, etc.). Also, burnout syndrome occurs when performing monotonous, routine work. A person completely loses interest in his activities and the desire to do anything at all.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Complete loss of strength and severe depression develop when a person loses the meaning of life. This can happen due to the death of a loved one, an incurable disease, a radical change in the usual way of life. He has no goal, no motivation, no strength, no energy for further existence. There is only one desire for this to end as soon as possible. I have already written about what to do when the soul is bad. Be sure to read it.<\/p>\n<p>Someone is looking for consolation in alcohol, drugs, but this only aggravates the painful mental state. As a result, a person has suicidal thoughts. According to statistics, about 3% of neglected long-term depression end in suicide. That is why it is so important to seek the help of a specialist in time.<\/p>\n<p>At the initial stage, apathy can be dealt with on your own. Then I will tell you where to get the strength to live on and rejoice.<\/p>\n<h2>What to do if there is no strength and energy<\/h2>\n<p>To begin with, it is worth identifying the cause of apathy and loss of strength. I suggest that you proceed according to the following scheme.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Undergo a medical examination to rule out physiological causes.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the daily routine and slow down the pace of life so that it does not exhaust you.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in psychological analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Depending on the identified cause, choose ways to help you find the strength to live. They are divided into 2 large groups:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>physiological;<\/li>\n<li>psychological.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physiological methods<\/h3>\n<p>The rules of a healthy lifestyle will help you recharge your body with energy. I'll tell you what you need to do to replenish your strength.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Eat right. The work of our body directly depends on what we eat. Eat more vegetables, fruits, seafood. Drink clean water. Limit the consumption of sweet, starchy, fatty, alcohol as much as possible. But how you eat is also important. You need to take food consciously, without snacking on the run, without being distracted by the phone or TV.<\/li>\n<li>Limit your intake of foods high in caffeine. If you are used to replenishing your energy supply with coffee and energy drinks, then I have bad news for you. Caffeine can further wreak havoc on your already frayed nervous system. Do not abuse it. And it is generally better to refuse power engineers.<\/li>\n<li>Get enough sleep. Your body and mind need proper rest. During a night's sleep, the brain gets rid of toxins that have accumulated throughout the day. A good seven or eight hour sleep is what your body needs to recover. Try to go to bed no later than 11 pm and wake up no later than 8 am. By the way, if you sleep too long, then instead of cheerfulness you will feel &#8220;overwhelmed&#8221; and tired.<\/li>\n<li>Move. Morning exercises help the body wake up, gain strength and recharge the energy for the day ahead. It's not for nothing that it is called charging. If exercise has not yet become your habit, then for a start, just dance to your favorite music for 10 minutes. Gradually increase your exercise time to the recommended 30 minutes per day.<\/li>\n<li>Get proper rest. The best way to rest and gain strength is through meditation. It helps to cope with stress, relax, strengthen the nervous system, put things in order in thoughts, find a sense of joy and happiness. During meditation, no one and nothing should distract you.
