Even if you think that you hardly drink, remember that there is &#8220;ritual alcoholism&#8221; when people drink alcohol on holidays: on the new year, March 8, birthday. This is also an addiction. One drink per month brings you closer to heart disease much faster than a non-drinker. The consumption of alcoholic beverages leads us to degradation and there can be no talk of any development and <strong>change of life<\/strong> for the better!
