The stain from the water-based corrector is removed after the first wash. The other two types produce stains that are difficult to wash.

In any case, you should try to remove the stains from the corrector. Let's look at several ways to get rid of these stains.

You can use this method if the corrector with which you get dirty is water-based. Just add a small amount of powder to a bowl of hot water, stir well, and then soak the product in the resulting solution for forty minutes. After this time, wash the clothes, rinse and hang to dry. Note that washing powder can be replaced with liquid soap.

Alcohol-containing liquid.

To remove traces of an alcohol-based or emulsion-based corrector, you will have to knock out the wedge with a wedge. In this case, pure alcohol, vodka or alcohol tonic will come in handy. Moisten a cotton pad in the selected product, blot the stain until it is well saturated and begin to remove with gentle surface movements. If necessary, the approach can be repeated, but you need to proceed with caution. With colored clothing, such manipulations can wash out the brightness of the color and even lead to slight destruction of the fibers. It is better to entrust things made of delicate fabrics that have been touched by professionals.

Alcohol-based concealer stains can be removed with ammonia. To do this, take a suitable container, mix warm water and alcohol (1: 1) in it, then immerse a cotton pad in the resulting solution, carefully treat the stain and leave for fifteen minutes. After that, wash your clothes and hang them up to dry. If the problem persists after the first procedure, try soaking the product in warm soapy water. For greater effectiveness, add a small amount of ammonia to the solution.

Fold a white cloth or gauze in several layers and attach to the dirty area from the back. Then treat the front of the stain with a cotton pad soaked in denatured alcohol. After removing the stain, rinse the fabric and hang to dry. Note that you can try to remove traces of the corrector with white spirit.

You can solve the problem under consideration using this method. However, it is worth remembering that not every fabric can withstand the aggressive effects of refined gasoline. Simply soak a gauze pad in the gasoline, treat the stain, wait a few minutes, and rinse. If the corrector contains different oils, stains can be removed the first time.

You can try to remove old dried stains with a dissolving liquid, which can be purchased from where correctors are sold. First, carefully remove the “top” of the stain mechanically, then wipe with a cotton swab dipped in a special liquid and wait 2-3 minutes. After that, blot the contaminated area with a cotton swab (you can use a dry white cloth), wash the product with the addition of the stain remover and rinse well.

Stains from dry corrector with tape should be removed as follows. First, make a soapy solution to soften the stain. After that, the tape can be easily separated from the clothes. Then you need to wipe the stain with a brush and rinse properly. To fix the result, you can wash the item.

In order not to irrevocably damage the fabric, be sure to test the product with which you plan to remove the stain before the procedure. To do this, simply apply a small amount of the product to an inconspicuous area and wait 5-10 minutes. If after this time the fabric has changed its structure or color, the procedure cannot be continued.

The article used materials from the sites:

http://devushkam.info/dom/332-kak-vyvesti-pyatna-ot-korrektora-s-odezhdy.html http://mschistota.ru/stains/kak-ochistit-shtrix-s-odezhdy.html

Post source: lastici.ru

Awkward handling of the corrector often results in stains on clothing.
