  3. The use of the Roundup herbicide and its analogs can help with repeated use. The bindweed is quite resistant to them.<\/li>\n
  4. Bindweed prefers acidic soils, so periodically carry out liming with ash, dolomite flour, slaked lime, chalk and other means.<\/li>\n
  5. In the spring, when the weed has not yet begun to grow actively, cover the areas with it with an opaque film, dark plastic or cardboard. Prolonged lack of sunlight suppresses the bindweed, and ultimately kills.<\/li>\n
  6. Sow seeds of mustard, rapeseed, oilseed radish and other crucifers in places where birch trees are massively growing. Such neighbors will strongly oppress the weed and practically nullify its further growth. Thorough spraying with 10% salt solution will help get rid of weakened bindweed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you notice that a birch tree rises during the growth of seedlings, dissolve 100 g of salt in a liter of water. Using a brush, apply the solution to the weed. Such processing should be carried out every other day, and already next week you will notice that the leaves of the birch have turned yellow.<\/p>\n
